Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ward Bulletins, the website at wardbulletins.com, and the application at app.wardbulletins.com (together, the "service"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Ward Bulletins is a communication platform for wards, branches, and similar congregations: posts by organization, questions answered in place, events, and optional public bulletin pages. The service is currently in early access — features may change, and access may require an invitation code. A free version and a paid subscription with extra features are planned; pricing and subscription terms will be published before they take effect.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for its intended purpose of congregation communication. Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, access accounts or data that aren't yours, or use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk. Ward administrators may remove members from their ward's bulletin at their discretion.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be preserved indefinitely — keep your own copies of anything important.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $50 if you paid nothing.
